The merchandising team works closely with QA and QC teams to ensure accurate sample development, quality control, and systematic bulk production. Each submission is carefully reviewed to meet buyer specifications, international quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Knitted Fabric Development & Sourcing

To ensure consistently high-quality fabrics, we collaborate with knitting factories equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and premium machine components, including needles, sinkers, and yarn feeders. This enables the production of seamless, continuous fabric rolls with uniform quality and performance.

All knitting processes are operated and closely supervised by experienced technicians and supervisors. For externally sourced fabrics, we work exclusively with reputable and reliable suppliers, ensuring consistent standards across all materials.

Production Capacity & Workforce

TEB Fashion operates over 10 dedicated knit production lines for the manufacturing of a wide range of knitted ready-made garments. All production lines fully comply with international and national compliance standards. Dedicated line allocation ensures efficient workflow management, clear order segregation, and minimizes the risk of production overlap.

All knit production lines are operated by experienced and skilled workers, with a strong focus on worker welfare, health, and safety. In line with the Teb Fashion audit framework’s commitment to women’s empowerment, approximately 70% of the workforce across our knit production lines are women.

Knit Production Process

  1. Pre-production (PP) sample approval by the buyer
  2. Pattern finalization
  3. Preparation of the complete knit production plan
  4. In-house knit fabric production or sourcing from approved suppliers
  5. Fabric dyeing, washing, and required chemical treatments as per buyer specifications
  6. Manufacturing or sourcing of accessories and trims according to client requirements
  7. Fabric cutting based on approved patterns
  8. Printing, embroidery, or embellishment (where applicable)
  9. Garment sewing and attachment of accessories
  10. Final garment inspection and packing according to buyer requirements
  11. Shipment to the buyer’s designated port by sea or air

Quality Control Procedures (Knit)

  • Orders are activated only after PP sample approval by the buyer
  • Yarn quality is inspected by qualified professionals prior to knitting
  • Knitting processes are closely monitored, with each fabric roll individually inspected using digital inspection systems
  • Post-dyeing and washing inspections are conducted to identify defects
  • Accessories and trims are inspected through both manual and automated methods
  • Quality checks are carried out after fabric cutting
  • Continuous in-line quality control is maintained throughout the sewing process
  • Pre-final inspection is conducted prior to finishing
  • Final inspection ensures full compliance with buyer specifications
  • Shipment is released only after final quality approval

Packing, Delivery & Shipment

Proper packing and on-time delivery are essential for both manufacturers and apparel brand importers. Accurate and careful packing ensures the safe arrival of goods, minimizes the risk of damage during transit, and preserves product quality, including appearance, shape, and finishing standards.

Our Commercial and Shipping team manages the delivery process with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and timing. We handle shipments on both CIF and FOB terms, ensuring goods are delivered safely to the customer’s warehouse or to the nominated forwarder.In addition, our shipping department supports clients in selecting the most suitable shipping and forwarding partners based on their specific requirements, helping to optimize transit time, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability.
